The RISE Method · July 2026

The 6-Week Reset that starts
where it actually matters.

Not another program that adds to your plate. RISE is a step-by-step protocol built around what your nervous system needs first, so everything else actually works.

R

Replenish

Rebuild your depleted baseline. Sleep, blood sugar, minerals. The foundation nothing else works without.

I

Integrate

Layer in movement, food practices and nervous system tools that fit your actual schedule.

S

Stabilize

Build the rhythm your body is asking for. Cortisol regulation, consistent energy, better sleep.

E

Evolve

From managing symptoms to building a body and life you actually feel good in. No white-knuckling required.

Hi, I'm Carlita

Early menopause blindsided
me at 38.
I rebuilt from the inside out.

I gained weight, couldn't sleep, couldn't think, and felt like a stranger in my own life. I did what we all do: researched, supplemented, tracked, white-knuckled.

Then I stopped fighting my body and started working with my nervous system instead. Simple, boring, consistent. No expensive protocols. No crazy overhauls.

Now I help women 40+ do the same, without giving up the things that make life enjoyable, and without adding a single thing to your already-full plate.
